By downloading, installing, or using ShutterTrim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
ShutterTrim is developed by an independent individual developer, not a company or corporation.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ShutterTrim for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store.
You may not:
⚠️ You are solely responsible for reviewing files before deletion. Deleted files may be permanently removed depending on your device's OS capabilities.
ShutterTrim provides tools to help you identify and delete media files from your device. The developer shall not be held liable for any accidental, unintended, or permanent loss of photos, videos, or any other digital content.
We strongly recommend reviewing files carefully in the "Maybe" list before permanently deleting them.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
The one-time Lifetime purchase grants access to premium features for the lifetime of the app. This does not guarantee the app will remain available indefinitely.
All purchases are final and managed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free version of ShutterTrim displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App uses third-party services including Google AdMob (advertising) and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to permanent data loss, device malfunction, or loss of stored media.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
